Available in both the restaurant and lounge, it’s all about the best of the best with dishes including Loch Fyne scallops with pumpkin, parmesan and black truffle, a celery risotto dressed in white truffle, wild sea bass accompanies by caviar and leek fondue and wagyu in pepper jus.
No At.mosphere celebration would be complete with an eye-catching dessert finale, which this year comes in the form of a celebratory white chocolate snow ball with mandarin.
