With the cool winter breeze finally setting in on the desert, homegrown concept, Spheerz, will be launching a new winter-themed menu on the 13th of January 2019, that features popular dishes including a selection of soups, small plates, two styles of ramen noodles and brand new yakitori flavours.
Located in Mina Rashid, Marina Cubes, the Osaka-inspired joint will introduce bowls of comfort with a Miso Soup made two ways (AED 15, AED 18 for Spicy Miso Soup), whose ingredients include tofu, dried seaweed and spring onion.
New small plates include an eye-catching fried bamboo Charcoal Shrimp served with wasabi or spicy mayo (AED 34), and, a classic street-dish called Korokke, which are traditional twice-fried potato balls, served with Japanese mayo or bulldog sauce (AED 25).
Ramen-fans can take a trip down the streets of Japan with Spheerz’ new and upcoming ramen offerings which include Miso Ramen, starting at AED 35, and Paitan Ramen, starting at AED 35.
Spheerz will also offer diners a new yakitori flavour which fuses the best of Middle Eastern style cuisine with Japanese flavours. The Japanese Kofta will take patrons to flavourtown with minced beef koftas mixed with salt and pepper, glazed with tare and served with Japanese yakitori sauce.
