Renowned local chef Suzanne Husseini has teamed up with Market Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine Grant Ballinger to bring the ‘flavours of Arabia’ to the Abu Dhabi restaurant.
Husseini, the author of the cookbook ‘When Suzanne Cooks’, is taking over Market Kitchen at the Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi with four menus throughout the Holy month of Ramadan that offers guests the delight of the Arabian family-style dining.
In 2015, she collaborated with Market Kitchen during the revamp of the Friday Table Brunch with her special Middle Eastern twist.
Market Iftar by Suzanne Husseini, brings an arrays of Arabic dishes served continuously throughout the meal and placed front and centre for all to share.
Husseini said: “I am delighted to be collaborating with Market Kitchen once again. Market Kitchen shares the same ethos toward food that I do – it’s all about bringing good, wholesome and incredibly tasty food, direct to people’s tables for all to share.”
